I decided to post about this print because its one of my prints that has worked well with the darken film rolls. I like how its a mainly dark setting but those leaves and accents to the tree stump give it a nice bright contrast. It creates this dark ambiance, something that would be in a horror film.
This print took a couple of tries because i was losing focus and having the black and white develop in properly. This film took around 50 seconds to develop before the burning process. I even dodged a bit on the tree stump on top to have a more light shine down onto it. It needed that contrast because there was minimal light in this print. I did take this picture in the evening and its in the woods in my backyard so when developing it, I did not want to lose the little light that was in the print already by over burning or developing.

When looking closely you can see the detail of the tree stump, rock, and the leaves to the left even with the dark colors. The rest of the print is blurred out in the background. When looking back on my other prints it is clear that I like making my prints on the dark side. Yet it has that one contrasting point in the print that highlights and brings light to the picture.
